Welcome to SoutyChat. By using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoutyChat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use SoutyChat, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

3. Account Registration

When you create an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You agree not to create multiple accounts
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit obscene, defamatory, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, solicit, or distribute malware
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Collect user information without consent

5. Content Guidelines

When using voice rooms and sharing content:

• Respect other users and maintain appropriate behavior
• Do not share prohibited content (hate speech, violence, explicit material)
• Do not record or distribute content without consent
• Abide by local laws regarding content in your region
• Report any violations to our moderation team

6. Child Safety Protection

SoutyChat is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

• Prohibition of CSAE: We strictly prohibit any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, or any form of abuse targeting minors.
• CSAM Reporting and Removal: We have established clear procedures for handling reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Upon receiving a report or detecting suspected CSAM through our moderation systems, we will: (a) promptly remove or restrict access to the reported content; (b) preserve relevant evidence as required by law; (c) report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and relevant child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable; and (d) suspend or permanently terminate the account(s) involved.
• In-App Reporting: Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app. To report content: tap the report button (⚠️) on the user's profile or within any chat room, live stream, or message, select the reason for your report (e.g., "Child Safety Concern"), and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly, with child safety reports receiving the highest priority.
• Child Safety Contact: For any child safety concerns, you can reach our dedicated child safety team directly at admin@mabangtc.com. We commit to acknowledging all child safety reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action as swiftly as possible.
• Legal Compliance: We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Online Safety Act, the EU Digital Services Act, and other relevant child protection legislation in the jurisdictions where we operate. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to child safety.
• Age Verification: SoutyChat is intended for users aged 18 and above. We employ age verification measures during registration. If we discover that a user under 18 has accessed our platform, we will take immediate steps to terminate their account and delete their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Moderation and Detection: We utilize a combination of automated detection technologies and human moderation to identify and remove content that threatens child safety. We continuously improve our detection systems and invest in safety measures to protect minors.

7. Virtual Currency and Transactions

SoutyChat uses virtual currencies (Gold, Diamond):

• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to modify virtual currency values
• You may not transfer virtual items outside the platform
• Creator earnings are subject to platform fees and withdrawal policies

8. Intellectual Property

Regarding content on our platform:

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to use your content for service provision
• Do not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• The SoutyChat name and logo are our trademarks

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Pose a risk to other users or the platform
• Fail to respond to account verification requests

10. Disclaimers

SoutyChat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoutyChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
